if the hair needs more white/lighter highlights, i suggest using a skinny eraser to streak it a bit. i did that with my drawing of shane west.

What a fascinating drawing. :O

I will say straight away that this caugh my attention even if I'm not at all a fan of this person. Well, I still know the face and it is easy to see who this is without reading the title of the drawing. ;) Bwah, don't worry about the hair or anything - that look in those eyes is so stunning that it takes all my attention anyway when I look at this. Wonderful drawing. :)

the turtle neck looks kinda flat to me too
but overall amazingness
